Because your comment was also spam. The picture included was just decoration, a free photo from pixabay.com, as stated. You didn't read the story, just left a pointless comment. That's spam. I flag spam. And if you want a flag war... Go ahead. But maybe check who you're threatening.
Why you pick a picture from other sites .
You copied that picture too.. It's also spam.
Nope, images from pixabay.com are CC0 copyrighted and thus don't even need to be credited. I chose to do it anyway, as you can see. When writing a story, it's important to still pick an image to be displayed as thumbnail, or the post will be drowned out.
That's not spam :) Now I feel compelled to check if there's any plagiarism on your profile, as you obviously don't know how copyright works.

Don't threaten me. One of the possible reasons for flagging that's displayed when clicking the button is "spam". That's what you posted. I was well within my rights to flag spam below my post.
Additionally, it was a 5% flag, that's basically nothing. Stop pissing yourself.
