I didn't see your post, was it in fiction?
In the fiction-trail, we accept stories, but until it is voted up by at least two members other than the author, it doesn't go any further. If it does get voted up, then SteemTrail may or may not vote for it with their Streemian vote, which is a group vote and can really make a difference.
Other trails probably have similar guidelines.
