I think the language would be the most difficult to keep consistent- perhaps the characters would speak in the passive voice all the time, so that they didn’t actually wish something into being? I started a short story using this idea, but instead, multiple people had to think the exact same thing at the exact same time in order to achieve anything. It was a little less complex/more doable. But hasn’t been completed yet.
