Vince heaved the books on to the table before sitting. The library for good reason was emptier today than usual. Classes were still in session but he had been told to hold out for a while.

There were several empty seats, but he had chosed the one facing the wall. He needed maximum concentration if he was to finish the 'Porter's Mindcraft' before the weekend. He craved to get onto the books that revealed the kind of stuffs Crayon was studying. The kind that had him extra intelligent these days.

Breathing in the musty smell he had grown accustomed to over the past weeks, Vince browsed through the pages of the book. He had come to learn so much about the cultivars.
These were people who didn't really do magic but just wanted to learn the art. He wondered how anyone would learn about magic and not want to practice it. Well, not him.

Immediately he was done with this, he was going to move straight to the miners section.

The sudden throbbing on his chest cut him off from his reading. It was unlike any other. He felt a surge of power flow through him. It came to rest on his eyes strengthening his ciliary muscles to perceive more than the normal. Ever since he had gotten the book from Mr. Lance, he had come to identify every one's gift whenever they showed up. So, it wasn't surprising to know that a visioneer had entered the library. He slowly dropped the book. Careful not to make any sound, he turned to see a young lady with jet black hair clothed in a white sleeved shirt perfectly tucked into a short crimson colored skirt. She had her back turned to him and so he couldn't quite make out her face. She had to be fair judging from the color of her legs which glowed like they'd been polished.

Why was a visioneer in the library at this time?

She hadn't even taken time to relax before rushing over to get some books from the shelves. He could hear her submerged panting like she had been running. He wondered what sort of books she was going to read.

He had to hold himself down.

He had the urge to meet her and do some introduction. He needed to know her and how she managed to radiate so much essence and not be able to seal it with an obscurity spell.

Well, he wasn't supposed to know that. It had only been taught him by Mr. Coin to prevent others from being attracted to his too bright essence.

He watched her get her desired book and scamper to a chair far away from his.

Surprisingly though, even with the distance, he still felt a high level of her essence. It was like it had been poured into his. He knew for sure she had to have been one of the naturals. But from which family?

He turned around to continue his book, but was greeted with a new vision. It was surreal. He saw himself picking up some daisies. He had a handful but wanted more of the lovely flowers. Suddenly, from nowhere, a hand appeared and joined him to pick some more. There was something striking about the hand though. It had the markings of
