Torundel felt clever. Why he felt clever he couldn't say. It was definitely not because he felt good.
There was no breakfast. The raw hamma seeds were eaten. He didn't know how to make porridge, so yesterday he had just taken it cold with water and some sugar.
Outside his windows the wind was still screaming, and the sea was rough. The fishermen had stayed home－not a single of their dirty, old tubs were to be seen on the giant waves. Tomorrow, or the day after, the green waves now crashing against the rocks, would be crimson from algae that had been roused from the bottom of the ocean. The sea would be the colour of blood.
Feeling sick he looked into the empty cupboard. I will have my revenge! he thought. My wrath will ravage the world!
He didn't know from whence these rebellious thoughts came, but they did and they made him fell more alive than he had felt since his wedding.
And then the thought came to him. Like a spear. I can shitpost! The old, manly ritual of shitposting that hadn't been practiced by anybody for centuries. Close to no one even knew what it was. That would be to his advantage.
Torundel felt clever.

Glad to see Torundel harden-the-fuck-up again, getting over his "too tired for revenge" crap. Every single moment in a day is a good moment to take revenge! We'll find the reason afterwards, just get on with your revenge, Torundel! He's also got a face now, his flesh & bones forming slowly from the pile of shit that birthed him:) In a weird way, Torundel is the most interesting thing I've read here lately, can't wait for more of his adventures and seeing him get neck-deep in... troubles?
Yes, from the shitty birth his existence has suddenly taken shape and he is rushing towards his destiny. Lets see if he can get the Count to pay. I am not sure of anything yet.
