She fired a few more incompetents. There were a remarkable large number of them. She hired a few to replace them.

“What is the purpose, as you see it, of journalism.” or "What will your job be as you see it?” were among the first questions that she asked during each and every hiring interview. If the answer was......

“I think my job will be telling people what to think.” Or "my job will be to enlighten people and help them to understand the importance of Social Justice.”

.......Shaniqua refrained from ending the interview right then and there, but she didn’t hire anyone who thought that way.

Other questions she ask were "Do you support the open exchange of views, even though you find them repugnant?”

She asked about ‘hate speech’ and ‘politically protected social classes.”

She asked them their views on ‘black lives matter’, ‘gay rights’, ‘gun control’, ‘ChemTrails’, ‘the Deep State’ and ‘global warming.”

The answers were were generally all fails. She hired very, very few people, but those that she did hire she thought were promising.

What she really wanted was an old time, OLD SCHOOL reporter. There weren’t very many of them left alive.
