THE MOTHER COULD WIN THE CPS !!

The happy end of one more story about the CPS and police outrage!

The mother of 3 kids were fighting for her kids and her parental rights, and she could win the CPS power!

I told this story to the community some months ago, and at that time the end was sad - the kids were taken away from the mother and transferred to the adoptive family.

I was following this story and checked any news about it (though I do it with all stories about CPS), and now I'm happy to share the result of this past tragedy.

So 3 kids (2-7 years) were illegally taken from the family. Very fast, like the CPS always do. But the mother didn't give up...

In 6 months (!!) the court was held, the main question was - depriving of the parental rights, BUT and the judge was on the side of the mother!!
Maria convinced the representative of Themis that she herself was able to grow up her children.

A shoking fact is that the adoptive family had their own 2 kids who had died because of their carelessness in the past, BUT the CPS really insisted the family was fine and safe! (How is it possible?!)

Thanks to the judge, the kids were taken away from those adoprive parents, BUT it was too late... Their physical and moral health were in awful condition, and they told horrible stories about life there...

Maria didn't give up again!

She made this story loud, and it was shown on TV. And it was the final step to Maria's victory - the CPS always lose in such cases!

But they tried to fight for these kids..The CPS tried to appeal the decision of the district court but the mother won again!

The society arose the wave of disturbance, and the verification of authorities actions led to many negative effects - the head of the territorial department of the administration lost her position.

But Maria decided to punish them completely!

She filed a lawsuit in court, in which she demanded compensation for moral damage to her family, and she had all reasons for it! Moreover, the kids returned home without any toys or clothes Maria had bought and transferred to them during this hell time.

In addition to monetary compensation, the woman demanded a public apology to her in the local newspaper.

This time was less lucky for Maria. She won but only partially.

According to the decision of Themis, the administration of the district must pay 46,000 rubles (about 650$) as compensation for moral damage (mother requested over 400 thousand in the lawsuit). The CPS should pay this money!

The actions of the police were not recognize as illegal, since the deadline for this requirement expired.

What about sorry words - there is no such a law in Russia, so the court ignored this demand.

But nevertheless, it is the victory!

The kids are at home again, and the family got money from the CPS after long and hard time of fighting with their outrage.
