Missing Kids Of Hawthorne? 27/1/2019
In a small neighbourhood town just north of New York City called Hawthorne which is often described like a pretty green grounds type of a location.
It's what many would recommend as good spot to I guess give back some peace and stability to the emotionally troubled teenagers who were placed there from the engulfed city.

Well that is until in recent years Hawthorne began experiencing some unusually high rates of teenagers simply going missing from its campus.
In one more recent year it's recorded that about 73 percent of the 188 residents placed at Hawthorne by the city’s child welfare agency were reported missing, obviously a significantly higher rate than other comparable programs...
Apparently the staff, law enforcement and the advocates for these children said they knew that some of the missing residents had been victims to sex traffickers.
It seems it was mostly girls which is not always the case but most of the girls in the rehabilitation center had already been placed there firstly to rescue them from the sex trade, seems they continued to be targeted?
Federal prosecutors later said it was found that a total of 19 people were charged in a sex-trafficking ring that exploited these young women around, there was 15 in the child welfare system and 9 who were actual residents of Hawthorne.
They face indictment charges including sex trafficking of a minor, and conspiracy which carry the maximum sentence of life in prison.

One the charged individual sought out after minors in the social services system, the individual targeted often the children with behavioural or emotional problems.
The defendant also recruited a 16-year-old girl who worked for him as a prostitute until he was arrested, it was learned that the girl was also sent to work for his brother who created and posted advertisements for her on the Backpage website, he would of collected most of her earnings.
They do not name the residential center but some of those involved in these crimes are in their 20's, the two oldest involved being nearly 60.

Why do children have to be trafficed it is so wrong. Heartbreaking to read about how lives are destroyed do the selfishness and their irresponsibilities of the system. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for sharing this. Always shocking when authority which is intended to protect is doing the opposite.
It's a difficult situation some people are in the system to cause harm yet we can't exactly lock-up everybody.
Maybe it's the lack of erotic world. Are man and woman one? Often there are walls in between. If there were no shortage, no minors probably would be exploited. Where and when would people start to change things? We have to let people be human, right from the start.

I think that both perhaps have different needs but is this because of society? Because I feel both man and woman can be one it's just social structures have really messed this up for us to get on.

I think if there was less walls of social correctness between man and woman it would bring more piece between the sexes and therefore bring the number of the exploited down by alot, but would it stop fully? No I dont think it would, not fully, but the numbers would be indeed much lower.

I think change is coming but very slowly but there are other things working against this like social media, societies and their social correctness, etc, but as for on where? I have no idea but have heard some countries have less opinionated societies and therefore men and women have a better understanding of each other.

I very much agree with this statement as our cultures, religions, media have too much power over all this and basically anybody trying to "fit in" with all this can be felt with incredible frustrating and confusing which in turn I think converts some into the bad people.
