Only in CPS (and maybe the military) can contractors be this poorly vetted and corrupt, w/no accountabily or change.

The employment of "service contractors" is routinely bad news when tied in with massive government bureaucracies. Sorry to say it, but we have reams of evidence from over the past few decades that this is the case; and yet, the situation just seems to keep on getting worse and worse. "Child Protection" "Services" (CPS) has got to be the worst-managed, least-efficient, and most incompetency-ridden type of government bureaucracy in the western world--if the U.S. military (who hires thousands of thugs to do jobs with which the active duty can not be safely/politically associated) isn't even worse. Take this recent example from Texas:

(The Foster care home that looks OK on the outside, but that is reportedly a dump, inside, along with a photo of the potential perp in Elizabeth Henson's death. Photo courtesy of healthimpactnews.com.)

This story is another that should simply enrage any decent human being, and should bring about immediate changes in the degree to which potential families are vetted prior to being licensed. The fact that an adult male in this foster home has been charged with possession of child porn--the very home where this poor, CPS-SEIZED, five-month-old baby girl recently died is sad and tragic all on its own. But, that is not even the worst part of this sad story.

The worst part, in my opinion, is that even while the investigation is ongoing and admittedly incomplete, and while the public and press are being prevented from access to the various warrants and other documents, it is clear that CPS is obviously already in their typical obfuscation mode. Nobody supposedly knows what happened yet, but CPS is already butt covering--telling the press that the adult male with the child porn is not connected to the death of the child.

Given CPS's KNOWN AND PROVEN history of dishonesty, record-hiding/altering, and outright lies, I am sorry, but the people of Texas have a right to ALL THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE to those bureaucrats (and possibly to complicit local LEOs) NOW, before the "dust" settles, or gets all swept under the carpet.

Here is an excerpt from the link above:

"Christian S. Richmond, 19, was booked into the Kaufman County jail this morning on possession of child pornography where he awaits arraignment according to jail records. Law enforcement officials confirm to inForney.com that his address is the same home where an infant in CPS foster care died unexpectedly early Saturday morning.

inForney.com has requested copies of the arrest warrant affidavit and probable cause; however, they have not yet been released. Reportedly, these charges are not in connection with the death of the child, but investigators became aware of the offense during their investigation. Elizabeth Henson of McKinney was only five months old when she was found dead at the foster home. She had been in CPS custody since she was only five days old. The cause of her death is still unknown."

(Just another proof that coverups are common in such cases. Image courtesy of a Twitter posting.)

The people of Forney should be at the door of the sheriff's office THIS MORNING urging THE CHIEF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER of their county to get involved in finding out the real truth, IMMEDIATELY. We know we can not get an impartial inquest into this little girl's death, given the proven propensity for corruption and collusion that so often accompanies these types of "investigations" where CPS officials' and employees' livelihoods (and even freedoms) may be on the line. The good people of Texas should be outraged that these officials are being allowed to hide behind the typical LEO "confidentiality" nonsense in a case like this where possible murder charges SHOULD/COULD be preferred against people who are known collaborators in such situation.

We have to stop allowing the foxes to guard the hen house, and being permitted to be the sole eyes and ears as to the condition and health of the chickens. This type of set up is rife for abuse, and we have multiple cases from multiple jurisdictions where coverups in such cases have been proven in a real court of law (not, however, usually, in the bogus "quasi courts" associated with CPS.)

Will there be real justice for Baby Elizabeth?

Will we get the truth or an obvious cover story?

Will politicians have the guts to pass an "Elizabeth's Law" and get far stricter statutes on the books concerning who (i.e. what quality of people and surroundings) can act as approved foster care givers/placements, and also setting tough new CPS mandates for proper vetting of potential foster care "contractors."

If we don't insist on this, more children are sure to die, and more CPS caseworkers are sure to feel more "empowered" to cover up the truth and to act as though they are well beyond the reach of justice.

R.I.P. little Elizabeth.

Some of us DO care what really happened.

We will never forget.
