Sorry, for the long absence. Personally, I've been very busy. Today's post will be kind of a mix. Understand, that today will be another title IV, although references are to part D it applies all the same to every "family facet."

Inducement

Under Section 403 (5)(c)(III), state sponsored officers under the executive branch may induce you into a contract with them. This is unless you're a "private person" ( more on this below). How this works is through excise taxes, which then puts you under the state's jurisdiction.

Understand, that this is not only pertaining to child support or alimony. This also pertains to child protective services, when children are taken from households they (the parents) are responsible for offsetting or idemnification of funds that the state "expends."

So, the officer will certify a contract for "arrears" or starting from the date they (the state) became involved.

More over, this is integrated into social security law itself thanks to Diane Feinstein and company. Fortunately for us use of our social security numbers are optional. Nothing, in internal revenue code states that we have to use our issued numbers, even when seeking employment.

How fair is it that ontop of a divorce, or fighting for the unification of your family that you must now expend your hard earned cash for representation, for payment of fictitious debt? It's not fair to families, I've already outlined the conspiracy for state employees to subvert rights in the name of Federal Grants.

Remedies

One of the remedies is to become a private person. By this it is meant secured party. Which means that debt can be discharged through offsetting. I'm not going to really go into the process entirely, but it starts by filling UCC-1 papers. This is emphasized regardless if youre experiencing problems with "public" agencies.

The process confers upon yourself immunities and rights, as well as offsetting as mentioned above. When being a secured party, be smart, dont try to meddle in business where you dont belong. For example, IRS account numbers or routing numbers that dont belong to you. The treasury secretary is more than happy to help you if you complete the process right.

The other remedy is trying to traversly state a 1983 claim. Which, sucks. The "law" is fully wrapped around commerce and commerce is not dependant upon the law. Judges often have private biases in regards to claims, not always, but often. The progress you may get or lack is namely due to how theyre feeling that day. They havent had sex for a week, been sleeping on the couch? Good luck, better not speak to them.

Whether the matter be civil or criminal its best not to argue "their facts" as theyre always subject to change due to legislator. Its best to admit wrong doing (allegations) or (debt) in civil matters. But always ask for:

• "is there firsthand witness that can come forward and testify to the allegations?" * attorneys cant testify (heh)

• never read the paper they hand you, which is a trick.. hand the paper back and act puzzled by their crap that legislator and judicial officials pump out. Instead, hand it back and let the prosecuting or defending party read it for the record

• notories are your friend. They can enter evidence (exhibits) for the record. They can certify mail, and more. If youre fighting any legal issue, get to know youre notory on a first name basis... haha

• ask for lawyers bar ID # during the trial, it should be six digits and youll be surprised some might not be permitted to practice

• never use traverse arguements because they will attempt to hang you with your own words, remember court is commerce and you cant be hung if you are carefull with your words.

• Inquire for names and titles, so its on record

• dont let the judge appeal to you, dont be a fucking pussy letting yourself be bullied by a judge

Its not fair that living breathing people are subjected to the pile of crap that is pushed out. In addition to the individuals that arent shampooing two heads will always have limited funds, being unsecured. So, its a paradigm that can be broken. Youre a created being, that cannot be valuated by money gold or silver. Youre not worth the paper you hold, nor the paper your name is printed on. I finally understand why, tribes do not name their children.
