WTF Facebook - Part Three - Out of Jail!- Or am I?

WTF Facebook - I am royally pissed off! and the follow up WTF Facebook - Part Two of the Saga
This morning, I just logged in to my "old" Facebook account with my phone. My phone is set up to open that account which is under gmail, whereas my "new" account with my pseudonym is under yahoo. Until now my phone showed the account as unavailable. But this morning, it came up, and I posted this note, which I subsequently shared to my new account from my computer.
So it seems everything is back to normal - and thinking back, I was in that situation once before, but I wasn't sure if it was the same.
UPDATE one hour later: I wrote above "it seems" - well, I should have checked first! I commented in the comment section below, after I actually logged out and tried logging in:
"really weird still - phone is OK, neither of the 2 laptops work. For a while even the new account would not let me log in on my computer. So I logged in incognito, after that it worked regular as well."
The real bottom line:

Yes - Facebook allows them to do this, but my account has been blocked for the second time - I still have no access to my main account. My only "crime" that I suspect is that I have often posted posts from the competition. Since I'm on Steemit (where such rip-off or any advertising does not exist) Facebook went batshit crazy on my accounts!

Ja - Facebook lässt sowas zu, aber mir wurde schon zum zweiten Mal mein Konto gesperrt - habe noch immer keinen Zugriff auf mein Hauptkonto. Mein einziges "Verbrechen" das ich vermute ist, dass ich sehr oft Beiträge von der Konkurrenz geposted habe. Seit ich auf Steemit bin (wo es solche Abzocke oder irgendwelche Werbung nicht gibt) spielt Facebook auf meinen Konten verrückt!😡
