Why i moved to steemit

I just thought of todays blood bath of crypto market and how the users simply became slaves of the facebook giant which sucks your data and earns money while not allowing the world and others to evolve and make something to the new technology. I would say, this is the autocracy of the web giant which i believed once showing lot of courage to support the open source community.
But now these falling behind same corporate culture and business to make money and play a monopoly game.
I dont like facebook banning the crypto ads which is more biased move, instead they should incline towards making more regulations around and guide the people and business to incubate better environment.
