Easy and Crisp

I just finished a 4.963km run that lasted about 0hh:38mm:22ss !

My friends at work are slowly giving in and joining my "post work running group for cool people" initiative! Today I was joined by two people for a nice light 5km jog in the crisp fall air.

First run after tweaking my right calf muscle (which I think was more related to not recocering adequately from my recent Half Marathon). In general, it felt pretty good, so i'm getting excited to start training again.

Bring on the running tights and rain gear!
