1. Our idea is that liquid democracy will function as a public good. The long-term vision is to replace the current public institutions like governments and parliaments with virtual community for the whole world. 2. Yes, my personal opinion is that an AI should have the right to vote, one vote per AI, and that humans can delegate their votes to AI and vice versa. Also, AI needs rights in order to stimulate personal relations between humans and AI.
