How Kitties destroyed ethereum blockchain in just one day - 17k transactions pending!
Yesterday CryptoKitties - https://www.cryptokitties.co/ game started on etehereum blockchain. You can buy, breed feed and sell your kittie or its genes later on the market.
According to http://www.blocktivity.info/ Etehereum is now most active blochain(Steem is second) with less then 50tx handled per second ethereum blockchain is now used with 100% capacity and we have over 17 thousands transactions waiting.
Do not try to transfer your eth right now or you will wait forever. Great EOS development is going well and Dawn 2.0 has been released with public test network https://steemit.com/eos/@eosio/eos-io-dawn-2-0-released-and-development-update. Ethereum network has no sollution to solve problems like Kitties game right now not to mention real business products
I was not yet familiar with the whole cat thing. I'm curious if the capacity issues will have a lot of people linking blocktivity in different forums and chats, and if that will bring some attention to STEEM as people wonder what this other token is that up there with Ethereum in activity but without any activity issues at all :)
