Iga sapi goyang lidah
Bahan:
1 kg iga sapi, potong-potong
500 ml santan encer dari ½ butir kelapa
5 sendok makan Kecap Manis Bango
4 buah cabai merah, buang bijinya, iris serong
5 sendok makan minyak
Bumbu, haluskan:
10 buah cabai merah keriting
8 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
4 butir kemiri, sangrai
2 cm lengkuas
2 sdt gula merah
1 sdt ketumbar butiran, sangrai
1 sdm asam jawa
1 sdt garam
Cara Memasak:
Di dalam wadah, aduk rata iga sapi, kecap manis Bango, dan bumbu halus. Diamkan selama 30 menit.Panaskan minyak di dalam wajan. Masukkan iga bisa dicoba bumbu rendamannya dan santan. Aduk rata. Masak sampai iga matang dan empuk.Tambahkan cabai merah, masak sampai kuah mengental. Angkat.Panggang iga di atas bara api sambil sesekali diolesi kuah bumbu hingga kecokelatan warna. Angkat.Sajikan segera ditemani nasi putih.
