သတိထားသင့္တဲ႕ အစားအစာ
အစာစားရာမွာသတိခ်ပ္လွပ္သင့္ပါတယ္ အစာနဲ႕ေဆးေဆးနဲ႕အစာဟာ အျမဲတမ္းညီမ်ွမေနပါဘူး ေဆးနဲ႕ တြဲဖက္ မစားသင္႕တဲ႕ အစာမ်ား လူေတြ အမ်ား စုက ေဆးကို ဘယ္အ ရည္နဲ႕ မဆို ေသာက္ရင္ ျပီးေရာ ဆိုျပီး ျဖစ္သလို ေနတတ္ ၾကပါ တယ္။ဒါေပမယ္႕ ေဆးေတြ မွာလည္း သူတို႕နဲ႕ တြဲဖက္ စားမ သံုးသင္႕တာေတြ ရွိပါတယ္။အဲဒါ ေတြက ေတာ႕ေအာက္ပါအတိုင္းျဖစ္ပ့တယ္
၁။ Grape Fruit Juice က ေဆးေတြကို ေခ်ဖ်က္ ေစပါ တယ္။
၂။Orange , tomato Juice ပိုးသတ္ ေဆး ပိဋိဇီ၀ ေဆးကို ခႏၵာက စုပ္ယူျခင္း ကို ေႏွာက္ယွက္ ေစပါ တယ္။
၃။ အစိမ္း ေရာင္ရွိ ဟင္းသီိး ဟင္းရြက္ (ပန္းေဂၚဖီ၊ ေဂၚဖီထုပ္၊ ကညြန္႕...) စတာ ေတြက vitamin-K ဓာတ္ေတြ အမ်ားၾကီး ပါ၀င္ ပါတယ္။vitamin-K မ်ား တာက ေသြးၾကဲ ေဆးကို ေသာက္သူေတြ အတြက္ ေႏွာင္႕ယွက္ပါတယ္။
၄။ ႏို႕ နဲ႕ ႏို္႕ထြက္ ပစၥည္း ဆိုရင္ သံဓာတ္စုပ္ ယူမႈ ေႏွာက္ယွက္ ေစတာေၾကာင္႔ သံဓာတ္ အားေဆး နဲ႕ သံဓာတ္ ခ်ိဳ႕တဲ႕သူဟာ ႏို႕ နဲ႕ ႏို႕ထြက္ ေသာက္ရာ မွာ သတိထား သင္႕ပါ တယ္။
၅။ Fibers က ေဆးစုပ္ ယူမႈ ေျပာင္းလဲ ေစပါ တယ္။ေဆးတိုင္းနဲ႕ မတြဲသင္႕ပါ ဘူး။ႏွလံုးေဆး , Digitals ,Penicillin စတဲ႕ ေဆး အခ်ိဳ႕နဲ႕ တြဲဖက္ မစားသင္႕
၆။ Coffee , Cola စတဲ႕ ကာဖင္း ပါတဲ႕ အစား အေသာက္က ပန္း နာရင္ က်ပ္ ေဆး အာနိ သင္နဲ႕ တူပါတယ္။asthma ေဆး ျဖစ္တဲ႕ thephylline စတာ ေသာက္ရင္ caffeine မေသာက္ သင္႕ပါဘူး။ႏိုးၾကား ေစပါ တယ္။ဒါေၾကာင္႔ ဆန္႕က်င္ဘက္ ေဆးေတြကို မသံုးသင္႕ပါဘူး။
၇။ Wine နဲ႕ Cheese တြဲ ဖက္ေသာက္ရင္ စိတ္ဓာတ္ က်ရာမွာ သံုးတဲ႕ Anti-depressant ေဆးရဲ႕ မေကာင္းတဲ႕ အာနိသင္ ထက္ေတာင္ ပိုဆိုးႏိုင္ ပါတယ္။ အခန္႕ မသင့္ ရင္ အသက္ေတာင္ ေသေစ ႏိုင္ပါ တယ္။ ကဲ...ဘယ္လိုပဲ ျဖစ္ျဖစ္ ေနာ္ ေဆးေတြကို ေရနဲ႕ ေသာက္တာ အႏၱရာယ္ အကင္း ဆံုးပါပဲ ေဆးေသာက္ျပီးခ်ိန္ေတြမွာလဲ ထို အရာေတြကိုေရွာင္က်ည္နိုင္ရင္အေကာင္းဆံုးပါဘဲ။
