Pay it Forward Curation Contest Week 4: Entry 1 - Why I joined and Why Them? -Bilingual-

in #esteem6 years ago (edited)

Hello Steemian Fellows!

PayitForward

I take a deep breath and encouraging my self to join the contest that held by @thedarkhorse, finally.

This contest is truly here to help gain exposure for posts that deserve more of the reward pool then they are currently getting. Curate bloggers who clearly put effort into their posts and deserve to get more attention and votes.

That's what i read on his overview about the contest. I suggest you to read the complete post click this link

How do i do that? all I have to do beside being brave is write a review about 3 Authors that I like their posts so much and why I choose them, those Authors/bloggers reputation score of 50 or below. Why a plankton like me dare to write about another authors whilst my own blog is a dull, lack of inspiring posts and my biggest achievement voters only 25?. * I must admitted that a short conversation on the one whose involves in this contest really encouraging. So, I will tell you about 3 bloggers who deserve to get more attention on steemit. anyway, I use some criterions on choosing them, whether They posted something True, Honest, Inspiring, Necessary, Kind, Outstanding, Fun, Informative and Thoughtful. Just for me for sure, subjectively and I hope you'll find it worthy.

First Blogger is @el-nailul

I Know this man, He is a farmer and traveller. He can write in english and about many subjects too, He's sharing about his homesteading project now, find his work by clicking this El-nailul-organicvegetables Actually I call him Roy. According to my criterions, his post is True, Honest, Inspiring and Fun. Have your say by viewing it.

Second Blogger is @sangdiyus

He said in one of his posts that his passion is Writing. I've read his fiction story, poetry and other topics too. He can write in English, but He seldom posted in bilingual. his latest post was yesterday about Distrust Between The Public Services Instituion in Indonesia. He actually told us the story of his experience while dealing with Public Services Instituions to get around his lost ID card at the District Population and Civil Registration Department. He got the reference about his lost ID card easily from the Village Official and Sector Police Station too, but because nobody told him that He must include the Family Card too whilst He is holding the References from the Lower Level Authorities, Hi didn't succeed to get his new ID card. He is assuming that there's distrust between those institutions. Here is a link to Diyus' Post Manajemen Birokrasi di Republik Ketidakpercayaan. He wrote his post in interesting way, fun and honest too. Hope you like it!.

Third Blogger is @dipoabasch

I read the rules and none mentioning about you can't like your husband's Posts. So, according to My criterions, since His posts are about various objects, sometimes it's fun, necessary and informative too. He'd even write about me read this if you want to know that's something old i guess, just read his last post dipoabasch-Willy and Ashila, I think it's fun and informative too.

Thanks for reading my post

I would like to thanks @energyaddict22 for his responses on my comments about this contest. @thedarkhorse who create this contest, so the poor minnow like us can take another step in this Big Steemit Ocean I hope that my post will be included as participants and I did it Bilingual to inform my steemit fellows too.

Indonesia

Terima kasih Beuh!

You did it!! So happy you made the effort and put together your entry. Know you were worried about it, but this was great. Doing it in 2 languages will help open up the contest to a whole new group of people and hopefully allow them to get some extra exposure!

To add exposure to your posts use your 5 tags! This will drive more traffic to them. 1 tag you need to add for the contest is #payitforward, but a couple others you might consider are #contest #community #curation #newbiegames (worth following @newbiegames too).

Check your links on the 3rd blogger, @dipoabasch. They aren't working right. I voted on:

Aahh ic, that's just an accessories link for my Indonesian readers actually. You know.. Its somekind of joke so I put a strike through on it. Don't count it...

Thank you... I will put that tag. Something wrong with steemit just now. It is so difficult to access it via laptop, so this little thing on my hand and it's App.. Also test my patience. Thanks.. Now I get my husband to do the same.

Perfect. Thanks for changing that. Helps people find entries if they just search the tag.

Oh Tuhan... Sekarang saya pulak yg harus menuliskannya.

Aku bikinkan... Mau tidur jam berapa ini? Besok ada pengajian

I'm so excited that you entered into the contest! I love that you took the time to post in two languages and the effort is very well appreciated. I have visited all your featured authors, commented and upvoted them. Very nice job finding good authors. ;)

And I would like to do that again for other good authors too. I want to contribute something for steemit too. Thanks for your help, advise and supporting comments.

I liked your selections, yeah the browser translate does not work perfect, but good enough to get the gist of a post, and it is nice seeing non-english speakers also beginning to have fun with us. I actually look at a few foreign language post each week, just to see different takes, but it seems that governments are pretty much the same everywhere, and people, well they are just people. I visited them all, and had fun. Voted, and commented.

Big thanks for the support, I do learn this foreign language when I was in high school, but hardly ever practicing it. I want to be part of this changing the world community and I have to start.

A world language would be nice, I would have a hard time trying to learn to speak another language, let alone read it. My hat's off to you and those that are multilingual.
