ဝမ္းကိုက္ေရာဂါသည္ မ်ားေသာအားျဖင့္ ပတ္ဝန္းက်င္မသန္႔႐ွင္းမႈေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္ရပါသည္။ထို႔ေၾကာင့္ ပတ္ဝန္းကို တတ္ႏိုင္သမ်ွ သန္႔႐ွင္းေအာင္ ထားရပါမည္။
မသန္႔႐ွင္းေသာေရကို ေသာက္သုံးမိလ်ွင္လည္း ျဖစ္တတ္ပါသည္။ထို႔ေၾကာင့္ ေရကိုက်ိဳခ်က္ၿပီးမွ ေသာက္သုံးသင့္ပါသည္။
မသန္႔႐ွင္းေသာ ဟင္းသီးဟင္းရြက္မ်ား ခ်က္ျပဳတ္စားေသာက္မိလ်ွင္လည္း ျဖစ္တတ္ပါသည္။ထို႔ေၾကာင့္ ဟင္းသီးဟင္းရြက္မ်ားကို စင္ၾကယ္ေအာင္ေဆးၿပီးမွ ခ်က္ျပဳတ္ စားေသာက္သင့္ပါသည္။

Gentamycin ထိုးေဆးကိုေတာ့ တစ္ေန႔ႏွစ္ႀကိမ္ (၅)ရက္အထိ ထိုးေပးရပါမည္။
ပုလင္းႀကီး(Drip) 500ml D/S ခိ်ဳငံ ခ်ိတ္ေပးရပါမည္။ထိုပုလင္းႀကီးထဲတြင္ vitamin B1+vitamin B6+vitamin B12 (1) ampစီ ေရာစပ္၍ ထည့္ေပးႏိုင္ပါသည္။
မၾကာခဏေသြးေပါင္ခ်ိန္ေပးရပါမည္။ေသြးေပါင္းက်ပါက ပုလင္းႀကီးခ်ိတ္ေပးရပါမည္။ပုလင္းႀကီးအေနနဲ႔ 500ml N/S အငံ ခ်ိတ္ေပးရပါမည္။ခမ္းေျခာက္သြားေသာ ေရဓာတ္ႏွင့္ဆားဓာတ္ ျပန္လည္ရ႐ွိႏိုင္ရန္ ျျျဖစ္ပါသည္။
ဝမ္းကိုက္ေရာဂါသည္ ဆားဓာတ္ႏွင့္ ေရဓာတ္မ်ား ဆုံး႐ႈံးမႈျဖစ္ေပၚေစသည့္အတြက္ ORS ဓာတ္ဆားေရ အေျခအေနၾကည့္တိုက္ေပးရပါမည္။ဝမ္းကိုက္ေရာျဖစစ္ေပၚေနေသာလူနာကို အစာမာမ်ားလုံးငမေကြၽးရပါ။ဟင္းသီးဟင္းရြက္ေကြၽးျခင္းမွလည္း ေ႐ွာင္႐ွားရပါမည္။အစာေပ်ာ့ေပ်ာ့ကိုသာေကြၽးရပါမည္။အစာေပ်ာ့ေပ်ာ့ကို နဲနဲႏွင့္ မၾကာမဏေကြၽးေပးရပါမည္။အသားမ်ားကို စြတ္ျပဳတ္ရည္လုပ္၍ တိုက္ေကြၽးေပးလ်ွင္ ပိုမိုေကာင္းမြန္ပါသည္။
