in #eos7 years ago

Today's $325 million announcement made way for Q&As with both Brendan and Dan in EOS general chat. Dan continued his lengthy session with thrilled token holders until well after midnight DST (Dan Standard Time) - the second half of that will be available in tomorrow's Telegram Summary.

As with yesterday's sentiment, investors found the wait before an announcement very difficult:

Guesswork:

Many "when announcement?" questions were answered about 90 minutes before the big moment:

Finally, Brendan came on the live stream:

And then it was made official:

Users were mostly excited:

Finally, in the interest of keeping this summary manageable - part 2 of Dan's extraordinary Q&A session will come tomorrow. Dan offers one of the many opportunities available within EOS:

EOS Go is a community effort to launch EOS blockchain as envisioned by the creators of EOS.IO.

Anyone can participate in this historic event on June 3rd, 2018. Thousands of token holders will be required to vote for EOS to successfully launch; you can become part of EOS Go by educating others, writing articles, making videos, attending/hosting meetups and launch parties, writing the EOS constitution, picking data centers for block producing, and more.

If you're interested, please start by finding your role on the community forums and resteem or tweet EOS Go to help spread the word.

Telegram users can receive announcements for these daily summaries and other community updates here.

More interesting answers from Dan. Especially about the Apple products acting as hardware wallets. Thanks!

Thanks for your summaries! They are especially helpful, when I don´t have the time to join the TG meetings myself and to keep up to date with the developments. What I like about the EOS communication is that they give us facts and underpromise but overdeliver. This is something special in a field that mostly lives out of hype and people stupid enough to believe it.

Thanks a lot for the summaries and updates! Really help at times when the groups are clogged up with thousands of messages.. haha..

It was awesome having @dan taking questions for hours last night. I didn't get much sleep. I didn't want to miss anything he said!
