Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Khaled first picked up conspicuousness as a radio host during the 1990s, whereby in the wake of moving to Miami, he facilitated the show "99 Jamz" on urban music radio station WEDR; the show's fame later incited hip jump gather Terror Squad to employ Khaled as the DJ for their live exhibitions. In the wake of increasing some creation credits on the gathering's material,Khaled then changed into curating collections, discharging his presentation studio collection Listennn... the Album in 2006, which earned gold confirmation.[2]

DJ Khaled was the host of this year's 2019 Kid Choice Awards, and it was a family affair for the songwriter/record producer, as he arrived on the orange carpet with his wife and son wearing matching vibrant outfits on Saturday night (March 23).-3/24/2019 by Tallie Spencer

Before the show, DJ Khaled revealed to Billboard that his highly anticipated project, Father of Asahd, is being executive-produced by his 2-year-old son, Asahd Khaled.  

"Father of Asahd is my best work up to date. My son is executive-producing it," Khaled told Billboard on the carpet. "Expect a lot of surprises. It’s coming, it’s close, it’s near."[7]
