Often times I hear people argue that ladies are better kissers than men. Taking a poll I discovered that most ladies never enjoyed their first kiss because of so many reasons that we shall be visiting in the course of this talk show. Hardly would you find a relationship that exists without kissing. Kissing is the perfect demonstration of love. Kissing isn’t always about smacking your lips together and sharing saliva. Kissing is much than just puckering up. Kissing is pleasurable; it bonds two people together in the most sensual way ever imagined.

You may wonder why I am talking about kissing. Do not worry, I shall briefly tell you the benefits of kissing and why you should kiss more often.

• Kissing makes you burn 2 to 6 calories per minute
• Kissing activates 12 muscles in your lips, 19 in your tongue and spends as much energy as a 500m sprint.
• Kissing releases oxytocin, reducing anxiety and makes you feel closer to your partner.

While kissing is fun and all, there are some things which you shouldn’t do to score a perfect kiss. These includes

• Do not put all your tongue in your partner’s mouth.
• Do not suck the tongue and even if you must, do not forget his tongue aint a straw.
• Do not gather saliva in your mouth. Swallow now and again. A saliva tsunami is not too sexy.
• Do not bit the upper lips. Nibble don’t bite. It hurts.
• Do not have a bad breath or taste like smoke, garlic or anything other than fresh and clean.
• Ladies do not leave your lips chapped. Use lip balms to moisturize the lips on a frequent basis.

HOW TO SCORE A PERFECT KISS

Okay! Now that we are done with the do not's of kissing, join me as I take you through the sacred art of kissing. First thing you should have in your mind is that kissing is not a war. It ain't a battle. Kissing is pleasurable and should be enjoyed. How do you then score a perfect kiss?

1. Make your partner yearn for your lips. Begin by allowing your lips linger in front of your partner’s lips. This alone sends vibes down her spine and keeps her anticipating the kiss. Enjoy it. No hurry. No rush.
   2.Turn your head right for the guys, don’t go straight and hit noses. Put your hand on her face beside her ears and gently pull her in. ladies run your finger through his hair, caress the back of his head and pull him closer.
2. Kiss the lips first. Softly and tenderly use your tongue on them. Allow your lips to feel the smoothness and allow hers to feel the smoothness of your lips too. Build up the pace later into a deeper and more intense experience. Alternate between slow kissing and sensual and hard.
3. Pull away when it is getting hot and heavy. Breathe a lil on her neck and pull away. Maintain eye contact. This is very crucial. Hold gaze and then go in for the kiss again.

Dear zizy, I am shattered and I hope your audience can help me with this decision. My boyfriend of 3 years got married two weeks ago to another lady with the excuse that she got pregnant for him and he had no choice but to marry her. I have been trying to get over him but he wont stop calling and telling me how much he loves me. Dear zizy, please help o. I met this babe on steemit and we have been chatting for months. This Easter holiday, we agreed that she go show for my end cos I dey Abuja and the babe dey lagos.
