Monthly Mothers Meeting at @SchoolForSDG4

Dear steemians,

On 10 October 2018, we organized the monthly mothers meeting for the @SchoolForSDG4. During the day we organised fruits program for mothers and also rewarded kids as the best performers of the month.

Here is me during the monthly mothers meeting. We evaluated kids monthly performance on the basis of attendance, homework, class performance, and other criteria. I talked with the mothers and they also gave feedback during the meeting. It was great to have their opinion and suggestions as well.

After the meeting, all of them received an apple each. It was really a good day to meet them so far. But Selina's mother made me emotional during the meeting. She shared that her son left him and now she work alone to feed herself and her daughter who study at our school. She is about 45 years and wroking as day labourer. She came in the meeting by taking a break. She makes pieces of stones for building construction. When she was saying about her son, she was crying and all other women were asking him to be patient.

I remained the mothers mentioning the living example as it mostly occurs when their kids don't come to school in childhood and don't know how to and what to do.

After the meeting, all the mothers and their kids who are potential students of @SchoolForSDG4 got an apple. I hope they will be happy and stay well.
