Заготовки на зиму
Друзья! Вот и прошло жаркое лето. Наступила пора, заготовок на зиму. Ведь многие наверное, весь сезон занимались огородом или садом, собрали великолепный урожай. Я хочу предложить отличный рецепт с капустой.
Итак, для этого нужны некоторый набор овощей и приправ:
5 кг. - капусты, нашинковать;
по 1 кг. - лук ( резать полукольцами ), морковь ( трём на крупной тёрке ), болгарский перец ( режим тонкими полосками );
350 гр. - сахара;
0,5 мл. - подсолнечного масла;
4 ст. ложки - соли;
500 мл. - воды;
5 столовых ложек уксуса ( эссенция ) ;
Воду вскипятить с солью, сахаром, маслом, минут так 5 - 7, затем влить укус. Овощи осторожно смешать с рассолом.
А потом, дело выбора, либо под капроновые крышки, уже на 2 день можно кушать, либо стерилизуем - 1 литровую банку - 20 минут и закатать.
