Для приготовления вам следует помидоры нужно порезать на четыре части.

Лук нужно порезать полукольцами.

Потом уложить слоями до плечиков в банку. Перед последним слоем закладывания положить перец горошком и одну чайною ложку желатина.

После залить все рассолом. Рассол делается из двух литров воды, двух столовых ложек соли и одной чайной ложки уксуса, перца горошком.

Помидоры следует залить и прикрыть крышкой. И оставить на сорок минут.

Затем вам нужно пастеризовать банки в горячей воде. Пастеризовать пять минут.

После закатать банки.

Помидоры получаются очень вкусные. Ваши гости будут рады попробовать этот деликатес.
