As the result, they have a runny nose. It’s very unpleasant especially if a child catch the cold. I propose a one simple solution that will help you to remove the nasal mucus and nasal passage. Sometimes, this method helps to avoid such inflammatory disease as sinusitis.

This method is extremely simple to perform. So, if the child has a blocked nose, first of all to distract him, for example, showing an interesting cartoon. Gently take the tip of child's nose with the thumb and forefinger. The most important thing is to take not only the physical nose with your physical fingers. You should take the 'energy' nose with your 'energy' fingers. You must imagine this.

Try to move the tip of the nose gently, from the right to left and from the left to right. The child's head must be fixed, you should move only the nose, two seconds in one direction, two second in another. Without any pain and discomfort.
