It was a while ago. We had one week to submit a video with holding a plank. the winner was holding it for 15 minutes or something like that - I got to 2:45 minutes :) And you know what actifit is, right?

其實如果要收腰,一次過做5分鐘10分鐘都冇用嘎。我同阿力就係人版。肥豚豚照樣可以做五分鐘,反而啲瘦莽莽喞幾十秒就慣底。其實係睇你 Core strength 出力幾多分正可以燃燒脂肪。所以,一分鐘好好嘎啦。下次可以試下做完一分鐘,休息二十秒,再黎一分鐘,一直加住上。好快就黃蜂腰嘎啦。

休息,係要擼更長遠喞腿。主要中場休息係要黎俾肌肉休息,下一輪正可以發揮。短暫性爆發力至減到肥。
