I am guessing it requires a lot of patience to have some proper takes in between the artists movement while shooting, isn't it?
Yeah patience is a good quality to have when working with musicians and video tech. You'll often find yourself "dodging" incoming instruments and people. ;)

oh my! this is really neat! I totally do not understand what was sung but I'm getting good vibes from this. totally love the chords changes before the bridge. I supposed it's in German? did a simple Google translate. so how were you involved in this live studio recording?
Hehe yeah it's in german! The "Magnet" they are singing about is actually their kid! When it was born it had some health troubles and the song is about how having a child brought them closer together despite all uncertainty. :)

Well we were producing the video!
Two of us (Robbi and I) did all the camera, lighting, sound and data stuff. I did most of the editing, post production and publishing too :)
oh cool. well done as well! how many takes though? just curious how hard the musicians had toe work for a video with such quality. I'm a musician myself but nowhere near this standard. aspire to be!
I believe the lyrics to be as beautiful as the song and the whole intention of composing it. <3
This was a double take video (three cameras each time) with a couple of close-ups from before and after. So about 8 tracks in total. I can expand more upon the technique in future video posts if you like!

Wo warst am coolsten deiner Meinung nach?
z.b. sind wir mal einen ganzen Tag mit den Kameras durch Graz gelaufen, das war ganz nice! Die "coolste" Venue in Wien ist meiner Meinung nach die Arena!

Aber wie gesagt, coole Venues gibt es viele! Ein anderes sehr schönes Event ist das "Beserlpark Festival in Mank, Niederösterreich!
