Hi, this is my first time visiting dtube. So this is a detox and health boost; you might want to get your hands on Acai Berry Juice which will really flush out your liver and kidneys.
You don't need to justify what you are doing, habits are very hard to kick. And it won't be pleasant. We have the same way of life in Malta, and the evenings are beautiful at this time of year and i know you will be sorely tempted.
