I please stop wasting time. Average American uses 9.5 hours a day consuming media. Wow!

Cut down to 7 hours. Will you. And with the 2.5 hours of saving. Use 30 minutes a day 5 times a week to improve yourself.

      Basically always online ....gets anyone addicted however its not really our fault as such, because almost 95% of our daily work or job needs input from internet in one way or the other...... Big hug @steemcafe
