First take! Then realised how shit my Sketchers are for this type of training.

Rule number one, good quality shoes that do not roll out or want to fly off your foot.

Fast feet skills combined with dynamics and intensity. This cooked me.

Have a visualisation of the circuit first and then go for it.

Wear good shoes especially for the lateral work.
