Riding Up Spanish Farm Road Climb | What tire's should I bicycle tour with? | DTUBE Cycling Vlog

I went for an easy ride up Spanish Farm Road Climb today. It is the most contested road climb in the area and anyone visiting has to go up it at least once. What road tire do you think I should get for my upcoming bicycle tour? So far I'm edging towards the conti 4000s 28c tire, but any recommendations would be appreciated.
