Cycling Vlog in Somerset West, South Africa | I Almost Crashed Today!
Today was supposed to be a fun 1000m elevation day up all the local hills here in Somerset West. I got a blowout going down one of them early in the ride, at 50kmh and just managed to keep the bike upright. My tire had a tear in it which caused the blowout. Note to self: Check the condition of your tire's regularly! (it's not the first time this has happened to me)

Damn haven't had a blowout either, quite a shock eh? Your bike packing bags looking good, gonna go for a similar setup.

Yeah, I'm running two 25c tires now and gonna order conti 4000s 28c for Europe
LOL, I crashed 4 days ago. I did a jump with a huge gap (huge for me, I'm just starting out with these jumps and technical stuff). I landed ok but the front tire got pinched and it made the bike slide, resulting in a crash.
It's always good the check the condition of the whole bike (not just one specific part) before riding out.
