Help wanted? I cant upload any videos. What am I doing wrong?
As seeing all kinds of vlogs and dtube passing by here in Steemit, I tried to upload my first little video myself today.
Embedding
I heard through the grapevine that posting in a regular blog needs embedding. Well, call me a newbie, but whuttt.. ??? Yes, I am a girl and blond from origine, but uhhh help?
What I also understood is that this can only be done from busy.org. No problem, I love posting through busy, for some reason this feels organized. But while searching for the video (I am posting from my phone: crucial info perhaps??) it doesnt pop up anywhere in the list, only pictures pop up
Dtube
Next attempt, posting through Dtube. Got into my account, able to find my video..and then.
Every time again and again.. But I see that it is uploaded above.
The uploading seemed to be a bit too fast actually, if I compare it to how long to upload the snapshot took. What am I missing here? Who can help a girl out with changing a setting or two.
Embedding uh what is the same question that rises in my head lol and Im not blond :-) maybe BlonT ?
Make sure your browser is updated. I use chrome to upload to d.tube. Due be patient, depending on the length and quality of your vid, it may take a few minutes for the d.tube servers to process the data and encode it into their format. There will be progress bars that should move. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Let me try on chrome indeed, I was using internet explorer until now. Also doing it directly from the phone might be an issue.
The bars were moving, but a little too fast. No way a 1 minute video can pop up in 2 seconds with my island internet speed hahhaa
Yeah!! Using Chrome was the trick. Explorer sucked for some reason.

Use Firefox. I had his problem for weeks with Chrome, but for some reason Firefox seems to work! Hope that helps!
Oke cool lemme give it a try. The thing is, I always work from my phone, so no firefox even there, but maybe I should try to do this from a computer..thx!!
I've only uploaded memes from my phone lol haven't tried video there yet. Hope it works out for you!

Not to hijack your problem, but I've been having problems with Dtube too. Not necessarily what you are having, but everytime after I get through all this it says error posting to blockchain. Haven't been able to upload to dtube in weeks.

What browser are you using?? Im working from explorer from my phone..that might be the issue
