The text, in this new animation for the german TV 3Sat that I finished today, says that the release of CO2 into the atmosphere is mostly related to natural causes and only a small part is the fault of the human being. It is a statement with which I agree.
In the animated video you can see it. The first text is to specify that the graph is related to the CO2 emissions to the atmosphere. The other two texts are the % of emissions with "Natural Emissions" at 96-97% and "Human Activity" at only 3-4%.
Human activity has very little to do with the emission of CO2 into the atmosphere.

No estoy muy seguro, extraemos combustibles fósiles desde hace años y los quemamos para convertirlos en CO2 y CO que no están completando el ciclo del carbono que estaban destinados a completar. Al menos eso tengo entendido de estudios de química y clases de los ciclos biológicos desde el punto de vista químico. La naturaleza no cuenta con que esa emisión de CO2 se dé, quizás en comparación a las naturales es una pequeña cantidad, pero la naturaleza ya tiene contabilizada esa parte que recibirá naturalmente. En dicho caso, la emisión humana SÍ hace un gran efecto... Y bueno, por supuesto que en cuanto a contaminación sí somos el desastre jajajaja, como dices.
La emisión humana hace menos efecto que los volcanes, por poner ejemplo de lo poco que hace ... aparte que el peor gas de invernadero es el vapor de H2O no el CO2 si vamos a empezar por cual hace mas daño ;) El CO 2 es el minimo pero como lo generamos por eso se le "quiere" dar una importancia que realmente no tiene. Para mi, de mis clases de biología y eso, la razón mas importante por la que existe el CO2 son las plantas, lo necesitan para respirar y mientras mas CO2 mas producen, pregunta a quienes tienen un invernadero ;) ... lo de contaminación y polución, eso es otra cosa.

Buena consideración la del volcán, pero, repito, eso al ser natural está "contabilizado" como parte del ciclo natural del carbono y la naturaleza está preparada para similar dicho gas. Las emisiones humanas son alteraciones de ese ciclo.
Y bueno, con respecto al gas vapor de agua, no tenía idea de que también era malo, en dicho caso ese también es un gas que se desprende de la alteración del ciclo de carbono al quemar fósiles y demás fuentes de energía.
Demasiado ego el pensar que nosotros podemos de alguna manera alterar al naturaleza. Por cierto, que exhalas tu por la boca en tu ciclo respiratorio? Crees que eso es malo de alguna manera? Ya te dije que preguntaras a quien tiene un invernadero, el CO2 es todo lo contrario, ayuda a las plantas a producir mas comida .. no se si te das cuenta de porqué lo han tildado de malo.
Negativo, el mayo emisor de vapor de agua son los océanos, no creo que le ganemos tampoco a estos ni en el 3%. Definitivamente tu entiendes ingles, te voy a dejar una cosa para que la veas. Te vas a reir pero es muy cierto lo que dice este compadre.

Anyway:
If your aim is to say that there is no climate change because of the change in CO2 in the atmoshphere is based only for 4% on human activity, then you are forgetting the important piece:
100% of carbon capture from the athmosphere is by batural causes. This has been a million year long balance.
So that 4% of emissions are additional.
It is the same cycle like for rain: Some goes up, some comes down.
But - to keep in the picture - we humans put in additional rain, so the climate get's weather.

As far as I know the CO2 is count in part per million and we are in 400 ppm at the momment .... 4% of 400 is 16 so we could be at the momment at 416 ppm... If we already know the earth had momments with more than 7000 ppm in CO2 concentration ... Btw still wondering why they put extra CO2 in greenhouses to grow the production of the plants inside. This should tell you something.
Water vapor is the worst greenhouse gas we know ... Why we do not fight it? Maybe because we do not produced it? 21 century, the century of illogical fights ...
And it is not getting warm, reason why is not "global warming" anymore but "climate change" ... and of course, climate ALWAYS change :D it is a joke to fight that
