It would have been nice if you would have posted the video a bit longer and with sound. For the context that I think is severely missong here.
Anyway:
If your aim is to say that there is no climate change because of the change in CO2 in the atmoshphere is based only for 4% on human activity, then you are forgetting the important piece:
100% of carbon capture from the athmosphere is by batural causes. This has been a million year long balance.
So that 4% of emissions are additional.
It is the same cycle like for rain: Some goes up, some comes down.
But - to keep in the picture - we humans put in additional rain, so the climate get's weather.

As far as I know the CO2 is count in part per million and we are in 400 ppm at the momment .... 4% of 400 is 16 so we could be at the momment at 416 ppm... If we already know the earth had momments with more than 7000 ppm in CO2 concentration ... Btw still wondering why they put extra CO2 in greenhouses to grow the production of the plants inside. This should tell you something.
Water vapor is the worst greenhouse gas we know ... Why we do not fight it? Maybe because we do not produced it? 21 century, the century of illogical fights ...
And it is not getting warm, reason why is not "global warming" anymore but "climate change" ... and of course, climate ALWAYS change :D it is a joke to fight that
