平板支撑挑战来到了第二十一天！
老公还是生病 去验了血
报告不太理想 要观察几天
而我就要包办家里所有接送孩子
可把我累死了😂
希望老公快好起来 不要有什么大病
二零一九才刚刚开始啊
晚上的平板支撑也马马虎虎混过去了

How to join?

• Warm-up and prepare yourself to take the challenge
