Vlog 21 - First Calisthenics Workout at the New Outside Fitness Park of my Town - Only on Dtube

Whats up guys,

It is sooo amazing!
There was built a new outside fitness park in my own town a few months ago and I even didn't know about that till now!
So I visited the fitness park and made a video of my first workout there.
It's just perfect for my exercises and exactly what I was searching for.
Now that it is getting warmer, I definitely will spend more workout sessions outside and less in the gym.

So there is a lot stuff yet to come on Dtube soon guys ;-)

Congratulations. We are from Venezuela and we have an academy of calisthenics and street workout. Try to do dragons to have a stronger core and improve your front lever progressions. Shoulders flexibility will help you with maintain the correct line in your handstand. Keep practicing you're doing a great job. See you.

I practice calisthenics since January 2018, so it's not that long yet.
I stretch nearly everyday and I just started practicing the dragon flag.

But the calisthenics exercises I practice for 3-4 months now. :)

Woar geilo! Wie viele Bars einfach!!! Mega Park zum Trainieren, der Hintergrund sieht auch mega sick aus!

Muscle ups sehen schon mega sick aus! Vor allem smooth mehrere hintereinander! Strong! 💪

Muss demnächst auch mal auf die Suche nach sowas gehen :D

Dann gibts keine Ausreden mehr ^^

Ja, sehr geil.
Vielleicht werde ich noch ein Video machen, in dem ich mal alles zeige.
Muscle ups laufen schon etwas besser.
Wo noch extrem Bedarf ist, ist front lever, press Handstand und vor allem der planche.

Mit der Flag will ich ja jetzt auch endlich mal anfangen haha

Auf geht’s jetzt, no excuses!! ;-)

Mach das Mal! Lege ich dann bei meiner Stadt vor, können sie sich dran orientieren ;D

Jaa das hapert bei mir auch noch alles; Ich behaupte aber, dass das Wetter changes bringen wird :D Dadurch, dass man viel motivierter ist und auch sein Training draußen machen kann, wird das viel besser vorranschreiten ;D
