I have moved all my content away from the now centralized and controlled Steem blockchain to the decentralized Hive blockchain.
I can't wait for the official Steemit iOS App personally, I'm sure that will be a game changer.
Interesting. I remember that Steemit dev announced it will be a game changer. That sounds weird to me since the mobile version of Steemit is already working very well. What do you think will be part of the app that makes it so much better than the mere mobile version?
Maybe it's just me, but I don't feel safe using Steemit through a browser on my mobile, especially if I have to keep my password on my mobile to log in or interact with my wallet. I'm expecting the app to solve this problem.
Add to that just the ease of use of having the app link to your camera or photo album, for example, to blog while you're out and about and instantly upload and post photos or videos. Plus as the app gets popular it's a good chance it would start trending on the iTunes store, and from there it's just a snowball effect.
That's how I see it, but that's obviously best case scenario for now!
All very good points. I guess I am just having a hard time getting excited about this because personally I never use my phone for anything. I don't even have internet on it.
Well to be honest I probably wouldn't use the app that much myself, but who knows? Maybe I'll really like it and get addicted!
I just think it would be great news for the Steem price and adoption because a lot of people, especially younger people, would definitely use the app a lot. That's definitely something to get excited about!
I agree, younger people as well as people from poorer countries where smart phones are their only devices will really love a proper app.

Fantastic! Dtube is really something isn't! They can really make ways now that they got a delegation from Steem inc.
The delegation really makes a big difference in terms of rewards. But the technical aspect is also great now. :)

I use it, I really like the notifications. Makes it easy to respond and keep track of mentions. It’s tough to read or submit post, is it intended to do that too?
No, it is not intended for submitting posts. That is why you don't need any keys. Reading though is an important feature. What problems do you have? The posts are quite readable on my iPhone SE with tiny screen.
