It's New Year's Day and the time we all go crazy with ideas of how this will be the year! Today's exercise tip was a revelation for me. It actually works better to go at an 80% pace. Please take a look and tell me what you think.

My easy exercise proved to be part of what finally helped me lose weight and 50 years of miserable obesity. No one was happier about this than my son @bxlphabet, and this is why I am posting exercise to his blog while he cannot be here.
