Hey Steemit and Dtube,
How high is your success bar? Why is it important to your future goals?
I was having a conversation with Dean ( one of our guides during the trek ) and found out he was a mentor and coach for some of the up and coming surfer's globally.
I asked him the simple question, "what is the biggest thing that sets people apart, the ones that succeed and the ones that just achieve average?"
His answer was simple and straight forward but reminded me of how far I have to set my own goals.
How high is your success bar?

I actually made a video similar to this one, although I referred it the term "failure" because when we aim high we actually will always fail in our eyes, but not in others. In others their eyes we have reached the impossible. So, in fact, we will always fail, but yet always succeed :)
My goal is to become a full time steemian by the end of this year :) Impossible...maybe? But I want it and I want it bad!

I'm really curious to your goals for this year as you're someone I look up to on here.
Mine is 10,000 Steempower by the end of the year. It's gonna be a wild run to there.

COOOOL Goal !!
To be honest I haven't finalised mine yet as I kept hitting my 12 month goal early, obviously because I didn't know what I was doing when setting it. I wanted 500 followers in 12 months so I could measure the success by helping them succeed. I've passed that and have to sit down and work out the KPI I suppose. CES 2019 and 1000 additions to Steemit remain, but I need one for my channel. It's been a ride I didn't expect or plan for :) The best type I suppose

I would say that success for me is making it so my internet content can make me financially free and able to make whatever content I want without worrying how much work it will take.
do you have a "by when?". Its funny how the actual destination can be high, but when you add a date it makes it even higher :) also more fun
I would say by the time I'm 21 in two years. Quite a challenge, but I think I can do it. I like it when the odds are against me. :)
Good one, I like challenging goals!! With a date you have the motivation to get you off your arse. The best thing with Steemit and Dtube I can make sure I remind you of that :)
this is a personal goal for me but i hope to reach at least e-5 in the navy when im done with my active duty(4 years),then continue to at least e-9 or o-3(officer rank) in 20 years. btw im going in as a e-3.
