Friend Like Me (Instrumental)
Went back into the samples I took from the OG score for the 1924 film Thief of Baghdad. The first beat I made with that score was complex but relied on simple loops and one shots overlayed on each other manually, and while it turned out relatively well I always had some misgivings about it. I decided to make a new one with the same sample, but this time I used my sample pad to bang out the melody one note at a time. I think it paid off!
PS Photo is from the 1940 Thief of Baghdad, not the one that I sampled from
