I'm Ethan Smith, and this is the STEEM Engine Express.

This week, I'll be highlighting the efforts of several more fantastic members of The STEEM Engine community, so strap in and let's get started.

@ShadowsPub is a Steemian who has been around since The STEEM Engine group was just a passing thought. She began her Steemit journey in 2017, when she founded the Discord community called The Steemit Ramble. The Ramble began as a way for her to highlight quality content in a regular curation blog post, but developed into something more interactive. While she does still publish the original Ramble occasionally, @ShadowsPub is more well-known as the host of a weekly voice chat curation segment called Pimp Your Post Thursday, where she invites anyone from across Steemit to hop into a Discord voice channel and share a bit about their latest post. We owe much to @ShadowsPub for her support and ideas over the past year, so be sure to stop by her personal blog as well as the account for The Steemit Ramble.

@crazybgadventure is another great Steemian who has been around for a very long time. Don't let his username fool you, there's nothing crazy about him (unless you consider his recent move from Britain to Bulgaria crazy). Crazy, as he is affectionately known in our group, is part of many communities across Steemit, but his most recent venture has been to found @beyondtheveil, an account dedicated to expressing thoughts about spirituality and the unknown. He's also one of the few members of the group who is on Steemit full-time, so if you see him online, feel free to say hello, and be sure to check out his blog!

@HopeHuggs is another member who has been around since the beginning. Her expertise stretches far and wide, so you may just as easily find her writing a children's story as you would supporting charity projects on the STEEM blockchain. Her presence has been delightful, and it's been great to see her share stories of empowerment as she raises her two daughters while still making a variety of meaningful contributions to many communities. Be sure to check out her blog to see what she's been up to most recently. You never know what you might find.

Petra, or @zen-art if you prefer her Steemit name, has also been a great help to our community. She is also involved with many projects across Steemit, including @beyondtheveil and she frequently shares the latest craft projects she has completed. I've also been fortunate enough to have her as a cohost for an episode of Talk of the Line, where she did a magnificent job facilitating the session. She also filled in for me one week when I couldn't attend and did a great job. She's a fun member to have around, so I encourage you to go check out her blog and say hello to her in our channel!

Finally today, there's @sultnpapper. While he's not a founding member of The STEEM Engine, he's been around long enough to know what's going on. I remember when I first discovered his blog, I wasn't sure what to make of it, but now that I've gotten to know him, he's been a great Steemian to follow. If it's a weekday, you can always find him popping into our Discord server while he sips his morning coffee, and if it's the 15th of the month, look out for his monthly BBQ review blog post. If you enjoy reading one man's thoughts on the world, I encourage you to head over to his blog, read his posts, and let him know what you think. You might just learn something new.

The STEEM Engine Express features five of the best posts curated by the STEEM Engine each week across the Steemit platform. The Express is produced by Ethan D. Smith exclusively for The STEEM Engine initiative on Steemit.com, and is featured throughout the week on the SteemStar.net radio network.

That's all for this week's episode! To read posts mentioned in today's Express or to listen to past episodes, visit steemit.com/@ethandsmith. I hope you'll catch the next Express!
