Kışın elbette taze biber bulamıyoruz. Fakat güzel kış gecelerinde biber dolmasından da vazgeçemiyoruz. Haliyle bibere ulaşmanın kolay yollarını bulmalıyız ki büyüklerimizden bizden seneler seneler önce düşünmüşler ve biberleri kurutmuşlar.. Bu lezzete asla hayır diyemiyorum..
