I was thinking, how will this day go down with all the dogs? How will we keep them quite and from fighting with all the commotion around?

The solution was obvious, separation but in the most effective way.

Daisy on the couch outside on deck, she is the mamma of the house and will stay where told.

Queeny on deck tied up, she will bark but mostly following others influence.

Dutches the old timer will hangout where ever she damn well chooses, such as where the kids were playing with chalk.

Jerry in our car, we will have to park in shade and do up the windows for the important part as he’s a barker and triggers them all. We may leave him at the mother in-laws just to simplify it further.

Jax in the car windows closed as he is another trigger dog and will bark at anything moving if other dogs start it.

Sadie in the house because she is the papered resident puppy and does not listen the best.

It will work and should make the difference of interruptions each time someone arrives.
