A walk on the beach soothes the mind

I consider myself very lucky. I work in a job that I don't particularly like but I put up with it. The thing that helps me the most is the fact that I can drive 10 minutes down the road and be at a beautiful beach walking my beautiful Hungarian Vizsla, Zoe.
There is nothing better to clear the mind than a stroll on the beach listening to the waves, watching the sunset and breathing in the sea air. It doesn't cost a thing and yet it is something I take enormous value from.
