Doer Minnows update #1 (THE FIRST THREE, FINANCES, ACCOUNTS USAGE, BASIC ROADMAP, TRANSPARENCY MODEL, AND MORE)*All pretty boring stuff...but important

This is an update post concerning all things relating to my project, The Doer Minnows.
This is a fun project with the primary goal of helping great steemians make it to minnowhood(500SP) from their current position.
All profits from all update posts and ALL posts from the "johndoer123" account will be used to help others grow. This will be done in many ways, as outlined later in this post.

THE PURPOSE OF THE UPDATE POSTS
The primary intent of this and all following update posts will be to provide transparency concerning all things involved in this project. Everything from financing, roadmapping for the project, account purchases and purposes to delegation data and anything else deemed pertinent or that is requested from our soon to be minnows involved in this project.
ABOUT OUR MINNOWS TO BE
The selection process is relatively simple. However, because of the level of dedication and the types of character traits I was looking for, it wasn't quick. I went looking for loving caring individuals who believe in and are dedicated to our community here. I also originally wanted to help twelve accounts, however financial issues restricted that...for now. And because this is a completely new venture for someone like me, I believe it best to start small.
After a considerable amount of thought and mental agony.(there are so many great people here)I was finally able to decide on our first three Doer Minnows.

The accounts below are owned by me and will be used to
- upvote our accounts
- allow playing of Steem chainbased games(i.e. steemmonsters, drugwars)
- gain SP for the project
- post to gain author awards
- anything else that may help build our minnows(any new uses will always be included in updates)

These accounts will also recieve a small(8SP) delegation from johndoer123 account to help boost their vote values and mainly to allow daily posting to help build the project in various ways. All moneys earned(minus 10%, which will be used to power up each respective account) will be put into the darkside-minnow account.
THE ACCOUNTANT'S ACCOUNT
The account @darkside-minnow will be an account used for holding and dispersing steem as it is earned by the other accounts and will act as a single point of simple inquiry of any extra Steem or SBD our project may house. This is to simplify things for me and also to allow another easy to access layer of transparency. The money in this account can be used for anything at my discretion BUT will always be used in the best manner I or our minnows believe it best to help the most people grow as is possible. This account will most likely not be delegated to.
THE "DOER-MINNOWS" ACCOUNT
This is perhaps my favorite account as it will be used by all my friends i delegate to in this project that make it to minnowhood. They will be allowed access to this account forever.(actually forever, only if they stay above that 500.) This account will be used to give those that work hard and hit their minnow goal a voice and the ability to reward other great steemians with a good strong upvote. Will this account be used for upvoting good content? Maybe...it will be up to my Minnow friends, not me. I would really think its great if it was used instead to show love and appreciation. Maybe someone helps someone, or an organization is trying to raise money to help a friend. Maybe we could help drill fresh water wells in Africa. My point is....good content is subjective to opinion and such. An act of kindness, is an act of kindness. Helping someone in need, is helping. There is no subjectivity. Love being given unconditionally is simply love. These are obviously just my hopes, and ultimately the usage and fate of @doer-minnows is in the hands of other more deserving great steemians. So, @sparkesy43, @hermannsol, @cicisaja please start to think about our little baby here and how each of you want to raise him. For I will supply only the SP, you will determine his actions. This account has been delegated 500SP and will continue to have increased delegations as the project grows. This account will also power up 100% of all its earnings.

And to my first three friends who have enough faith in me to believe I can pull this off thank you each so much for taking part in this project and being my first set of guinea pigs. You each mean the world to me and this place would not be the same without you.
