01 - Super Metroid Redesign: Axeil Edition - #14

Tourian is much different this time around from the original Redesign, including the Metroids there. The Metroids are pack hunters now, with two of them latching on to you and sucking energy. Nothing some bombs won't fix; they will get stunned for a few seconds if you bomb them enough, allowing you to freeze them and fire missiles (or a Super Missile) to kill them.
In some rooms, there is a third Metroid standing by while the other two are sucking energy from you. When you get them off, freeze the one that was standing by first, then the other two. Then kill them in the same order you froze them.
Jumping into acid will cause the Metroids to break loose from you, but be very careful with acid.

Beams of electricity are also scattered around Tourian. They are highly dangerous and will block any projectile fired at it. They can only be disabled by the Zebetites that power it. I disabled some which allow me to progress further in Tourian.
There are some rooms with Zebetites behind electrical beams. I can only deal with those later on (not in this video).
