The latest science shows us that regenerative agriculture could hold the key to a radically new, and much healthier, relationship to nature.

Co-Founder of 'Kiss the Ground' non-profit and Chief Inspirational Officer of Cafe Gratitude, Ryland Engelhart, joins me to discuss how much hope exists in a new understanding of the importance of healthy soil.

Please watch, comment, and share this video, as these ideas need to be disseminated to the wider public.

Thank you Ryland for taking the time to share your ideas with the Steemit community!

Whoa! This has given me goosebumps! I’m so buying this book!

I’m a bush regenerater and have a huge passion for the way we can change culture and rebuild a relationship with the land we live on. (It’s part of our startup). Thank you sooooo much for sharing this information @benleemusic!!

Wonderful. Yes its quite revolutionary information isn't it??

It really fits with the idea of the relationship we should have with life, death and the earth. You guys talked in this video about carbon not being the enemy and the role of the soil ...

It’s a bit like life and death. Death is not the enemy, it’s a part of life. The soil reclaims our bodies and makes new life. I think there is a powerful message in that.

I love that there is so much work being done here to bring this to agriculture. So cool!

You have a very beautiful post

Wow! This new understanding of how agriculture actually has the potential to heal the ecosystem rather than destroying it just blew my mind!

I have lately been opening up to the idea that the human species may yet have a role to play in healing the world, in spite of how insanely destructive we have been for so long. Still sometimes I wonder whether that's just wishful thinking. So the thought of restorative agriculture truly brings a ray of hope and fills me with joy!

So glad you find it as inspiring as I do. Its interesting to shift perspectives isn't it. we carry so many narratives around that we arent aware of until we encounter something that blows our minds!

Thanks for sharing that interview, Ben. Wow. That just really blew my mind.
I needed this. Everyone needs to hear this. And Ryland, brilliant..I've never seen someone speak with such a radiant explosion of positivity while referring to the future of the environment.

I'm going to buy the KTG book soon, (gotta wait for pay day.)

Recognizing that the soil itself is ALIVE is empowering and also enlightening. When the majority of us can launch ourselves into that mindset, the thought process behind global healing at its very core will begin to shift. I mean it's already shifting. We just have to keep it going.

Agreed. I think this info is so gently radical. It really asks us to become stewards of the earth, rather than just consumers and users.
