Thats proven by me. When I take a nap at daytime, it gives me another energy that I can use for remaining hours in work. 

Nap is very essential as it gives energy right after. I had a nap earlier and I feel good. 

Very fantastic meditation idea.

Taking a nap can help our brain and body to relax. That's why we both love taking a nap after our lunch..
